**Permanent Role**:Full-time positions with stability in high-profile Sydney universities or public precincts.
- **Training & Development**: Ongoing upskilling through our in-house Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- **Prime Locations**:Work at a single site, either a university campus or a public precinct, providing focus and consistency in your patrol duties.

As an experienced Security Guard, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This is an active, hands-on role, ideal for those who enjoy being on their feet, with 12-hour shifts spent walking and patrolling your assigned site.

**You will work on a 24/7 rotating roster**, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing a visible and professional security presence at your assigned site.
- Conducting proactive foot and vehicle patrols to protect people and assets.
- Monitoring behaviour, enforcing site regulations, and supporting a safe environment.
- Managing access control, entry points, and maintaining accurate security records.

**What You Bring**
We’re looking for professional guards with:

- A valid NSW 1A Security Licence (minimum 12 months experience preferred).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A Full NSW Driver’s Licence.
- NSW RSA competency card.
- Additional certifications (or willingness to obtain): SEINS, Traffic Control, White Card, Fire Warden.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
