**Job Description**:
Sodexo has a position available for a Contract Specialist to join the team in Balcatta in a permanent, full time role working on one of the world's largest facility management contracts.

**_ Duites:_**
- Implement contract strategy in support of business interests
- Prepare and issue contracts for execution
- Manage commercial activities related to assigned contracts to ensure consistency with contract terms and conditions
- Provide guidance and support to project management in negotiations leading to the finalization of contracts and sub contracts
- Handle internal contract related complaints or disagreements from the business or other internal stakeholders
- Conduct contract research and other research as required
- Recommend ways to improve Supply Chain contract management practices
- Develop directives and procedures for supply chain contracts and compliance management
- Negotiate contract terms with customers as required in collaboration with the sales leads
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project master contracts forms, including legal and commercial terms and conditions to be included in the project contracts documents

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications; listening skills to accurately interpret what others are saying;
- Demonstrated organization skills, including meeting facilitation and decision making; must be able to meet critical deadline.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure, to manage multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities, and to deal with changing priorities, while maintaining personal effectiveness.
- Previous experience with EPCM contracts is a plus
- Self-driven, independent
