**Who we're looking for**:
Based on-site across various Multiplex Construction Projects in WA, and reporting to the HSE & QA Manager, the **HSEQ Administrator** is responsible for providing administrative support to the HSEQ Management Team including assisting the project team to obtain quotes for products, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices as well as maintaining the HSEQ management system data, documents, records, and reporting.
From scheduling meetings and document formatting to distributing HSEQ information/alerts and implementation, administration, and maintenance of site access control systems, the HSEQ Administrator role is varied and operates in a dynamic environment requiring a high level of organisation and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience within a construction, mining, or similar environment (preferable).
- Certificate or other qualification in health and safety (preferable).
- Experience in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors
