This model of care creates a sense of connection and community for residents through the creation of small households with higher staff-to-resident ratios, and is consistent with the Aged Care Royal Commission’s recommendations.

**About You**
- Relevant Aged Care qualification in Certificate III in Individual Support/ Certificate IV Ageing
- Welcome current students studying Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing that have completed their first work placement
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
- NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
- Availability to work minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Australian resident or have full working rights
