What You’ll Bring- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)- Current Working with Children Check- First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training- A strong understanding of EYLF and NQS- Confidence to lead a team and mentor fellow educators- Passion for building positive, collaborative relationships
