**Job Description** This role is what every Childcare Manager dreams of** This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service, lead a dedicated team, engage with the school community, and build key relationships with the school, families, and children with the support of your Regional Director.

**A large service with an existing team of two Assistant Coordinators and a team of Educators, this service is designed for excellence.** Licensed for 180 children, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program across our operating hours of Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 8:50am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:50pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). We also operate full days during the school holidays (Holiday HQ program).

**In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you will have opportunities for professional development and staff meetings.** As a part of a national company, we have centralised teams to manage administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional experiences for children and leading your team.

**About the role**:
Leading your team, you will manage a large Outside School Hours Care service in the hours before and after school, caring for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
- Grow attendance to support children and families.

**As an added recruitment incentive, this role offers a commencement bonus of $1500 (paid at 4 weeks in role) as well as a retention bonus of another $1500 (paid at 12 months in role).**

**Who are we looking for?**

We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children’s Services) and have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check.
- Clear and professional communication.
