Job Summary:
The Supervisor will prioritise tasks and workloads efficiently, assist with budgeting and providing status reports whilst working with Senior Managers and the onsite Facilities team to help drive the overall performance of the data center.
**Responsibilities**:
- Team Management - Supervises team's emergency duties, coordinating installations and delivery schedules to the timescales required to ensure efficient performance of our Canberra site
- Technical Support - Supports the technical operations team and client base on technical issues when required
- System Support -Ensures team members are working within the system per the operational requirements, rectifying issues with senior management when required
- Facilities Management - Coordinates with local suppliers and keeps servicing records to ensure that datacenter infrastructure is accurately maintained
- Budgeting - Assists in drafting proposals for datacenter infrastructure improvements which require capital expenditure approval
- Reporting - Provides routine status reports on datacenter performance
- Standards - Accountable and responsible for adherence to and evolution of global standards
