**Who are Heidi?**
Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world class care.
We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernize documentation. Tomorrow, we’ll equip every healthcare org with AI assistants that undo the tediums of clinical & non clinical work. Our team is a potent mosaic of sage, accomplished leaders & brilliant polymaths hungry to prove it. We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do.** **We’ve raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK.
Clinicians using Heidi can use custom templates to generate notes and clinical documents that sound and read like they wrote them themselves and follow their preferred format, with just the click of a button. Documents can vary in complexity, from simple referral letters & medical certificates, to long specialist notes detailing nuanced details of the consult, in a highly specific format.
Therefore, we’re hiring Clinical Associates to support our customer success efforts of our clinical AI products, by providing our users with detailed & precise templates to assist with their document generation on Heidi as well as generating written & video content for our website. You’ll work closely with both our Medical Knowledge (MK) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
**What you’ll do**:
- Use your clinical knowledge to design and customise specialised note & document templates upon request by clinicians and the MK & GTM teams.
- Transform clinical notes and documentation examples provided by our users, into meticulously crafted templates that are compatible with Heidi.
- Collaborate with users to optimise & enhance their existing templates, to help them to achieve their desired outputs.
- Write content for our website and film short videos demonstrating how Heidi’s templates can be used by different clinicians working in a broad range of environments.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and how our clients use Heidi in their practice.
- Learn to use a wide variety of AI and software tools to help you work more efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support to our users, by promptly addressing inquiries, and efficiently triaging and resolving issues.
**What we will look for**:
- Early career nursing, allied, mental health professionals who are keen to start a career in healthtech with a focus on AI and content.
- Have at least 25-38 hours of availability per week (hybrid/remote), ideally based on the Australian East Coast.
- A quick learner who can learn the ropes of Heidi's product, and is able to work autonomously with high levels of accountability.
- Organised individuals who manage their time effectively.
- Highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience or knowledge of online content creation (blogs, videos) & SEO is advantageous, but not required.
- Prior experience with software tools like Notion, Loom, ChatGPT, Intercom and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, JS, Python are advantageous, but not required.
- Research background with evidence based clinical case studies which have been published is a desirable bonus.
**What do we believe in?**
- You'll be surrounded by a world-class team of engineers, medicos and designers to do your best work, inspired by our shared beliefs:
- We will stop at nothing to improve patient care across the world.
- We design user experiences for joy and ship them fast.
- We make decisions in a flat hierarchy that prioritises the truth over rank.
