- The Position:_
BTP’s **Rebuild Planner** will provide maintenance and resource planning to deliver safe, predictable, and reliable outcomes for the BTP maintenance workshop to produce quality and timely repairs to our equipment.
- Role Responsibilities:_
- Maintaining real-time tracking tools for resource forecasting and scheduling in Pronto.
- Develop future resourcing plans for machine repairs and rebuilds.
- Monitor and schedule maintenance for the internal Field service fleet and fixed assets within the workshop.
- Develop templates for future work to enable responsive quoting and planning of repairs/rebuilds.
- Provide weekly and monthly reviews of current and planned work schedules to relevant stakeholders as well as any changes to the work scope.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve the planned maintenance activities.
- Assist in procurement of projects parts and components

- K_ey Requirements:_
- Extensive knowledge of heavy mining machinery and mobile equipment repairs.
- Previous experience in a similar planning / estimating role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competent computer skills and experience using Pronto (SAP experience may also be considered).
- Delivery focussed, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the workshop in delivering to customer delivery expectations.
- Australian Working Rights and National Police Clearance within 6 months.
- Ability to complete and pass a drug and alcohol test.
