Some of your daily duties in this role would be the following
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and workspaces, are kept clean and sanitized.
- **Assist with Food Preparation**:Support chefs by performing basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and grating ingredients.
- **Dishwashing**: Operate commercial dishwashers and perform manual cleaning to wash dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with the rotation and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and comply with food safety standards.
- **Waste Management**: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and adhere to recycling protocols.
- **Support Kitchen Operations**: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
