This could be the next challenge for you. We are looking for a skilled Receptionist for a a short assignment starting on the 19 Aug.
Enjoy the daily variation of front-desk reception and undertake administrative responsibilities of coordinating incoming calls and setting up MS Teams meetings for the legal team.

Your week can be varied and a wide range of interpersonal and professional skills is sort. At the present time, this position is a four day week.
The office are close to public transport and plenty of parking is available.

- With a professional and friendly manner, greets visitors, in person or over the phone.
- Ensures reception area is clean, tidy and presented professionally at all times in line with company image.
- Ensures that general stationery supplies are available to members as required.
- Provide administration support to various team members as required

- Highly organised and self-motivated with a keen desire to go above and beyond.
- Friendly and approachable telephone manners.
- Great attention to detail.
- Hands on experience in a similar role will be beneficial.
- Good experience with Outlook, MS Teams and MS Office is highly regarded.
