**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and Analysis: Evaluate system requirements, consult with stakeholders, and analyze technological needs to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Identifying Deficiencies: Identify limitations, errors, and inefficiencies in existing systems, processes, and methods
- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice on software design activities, including financial evaluations, cost assessments, and recommendations for software purchases or upgrades.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Implement enhanced automated testing strategies, including AI-driven testing, self-healing automation, and advanced test analytics.
- Recognize potential product risks for targeted testing.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into the development pipeline.
- Design and execute automated test suites for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Utilize test data management strategies to create and manipulate data for automated test execution.
- Monitor and report on test execution results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in debugging, diagnosing, and resolving issues across programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, PHP).
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman).
- Understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Waterfall) and quality assurance standards.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in PHP, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Hopscotch, Rest Assured, SOAPUI) and database testing.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based testing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
