This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll work directly alongside the owner of Alfa Clean, gaining real-world experience and learning how to clean to a professional, systemised standard. It’s ideal for someone new to the industry who’s serious about doing the job right.

**Please note: Work is offered as it becomes available. There are no guaranteed hours. Your availability helps us determine which jobs may be offered to you**.

**What we Offer**:

- In-field guidance and support is provided to help you understand our cleaning standards and systems. This is ideal for subcontractors who want to grow their skills and take on more work over time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ABN - this is essential
- Public liability insurance - this is essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good attitude and reliability
- Your own transport (or ability to get to jobs)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with end-of-lease cleans, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, walls, and other areas — learning the process through guided support on real jobs
- Follow our step-by-step system and checklists to ensure a professional result every time
- Be open to feedback and support to help you improve your skills and efficiency over time
- Communicate clearly with the team about your availability and job updates
- Represent Alfa Clean with a professional attitude and pride in your work

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
