**Position Overview**

We are seeking meticulous and reliable End of Lease Cleaners to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to upholding the highest cleaning standards. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients secure their bond returns by providing thorough and efficient cleaning services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties, including:

- Bedrooms: Dusting fans, blinds, and window cleaning.
- Bathrooms: Cleaning sinks, taps, showers/baths, toilets, mirrors, window cleaning, and tiles.
- Kitchen: Cleaning countertops, sinks, taps, and stoves.
- Living Areas: Cleaning skirting boards, door frames, and light fixtures.
- General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping all floors and surfaces.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as oven cleaning, wall washing, carpet cleaning, and glass cleaning.
- Ensure all cleaning meets AfterGlow’s quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate promptly with the team regarding job statuses and any issues encountered.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in end-of-lease or commercial cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Australian Business Number (ABN) or willing to obtain
- Reliable transport.

**Desirable**
- Familiarity with real estate standards for end-of-lease cleaning.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or short notice.
- Own cleaning equipment (optional)
