Kantar is looking for an Associate Director to join our team The primary responsibility of the Associate Director is to lead accounts on a day to day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business. They are also responsible for creating meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and are the interface between Kantar and our clients.

What we are looking for:

- Delivering the insight component of projects from beginning to end, using your culture and consumer sources to build thinking
- Have an irrepressible instinct and strong ability to make the complex simple and tell powerful stories that make sense of the world in ways that will move clients to share and act.
- Have to connect the dots that will solve the big questions for our clients and get a real thrill from building and delivering strategic research recommendations.
- Be a brilliant communicator that is able to articulate insights (both in writing and in person / presentation) to provide clients with outcomes that meet or exceed expectations
- Have strong commercial acumen that ensures they deliver profitable jobs that meet or exceed client expectations
- Role model behaviours that inspire more junior team members

Main responsibilities
- Deliver effective advice and consultancy for your clients
- Develop positive relationships with clients to the extent they are the first port of call across all accounts for strategic opinions and advice
- Leading accounts to oversee the team deliver all account deliverables while working to agreed budgets, and course-corrects where required
- Integrate knowledge of MB tools, philosophies and techniques and applies these appropriately to the design, analysis and interpretation of research projects to deliver meaningful insights
- Ensuring insights are translated into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better marketing decisions
- Actively seeks new business opportunities and plays an active role in developing them to achieve personal and team budget
- Contributes to rollouts of regional/global launches, actively looking for opportunities to introduce them to clients and to add value to accounts
