Our team is looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our vibrant team at McLeods Wangara. You will play a pivotal role in organizing and supervising the warehouse operations.

**Your Role will Include but not be limited to**:

- Overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure timely collections and deliveries.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe and efficient work environment for our team.
- Train, guide, and support warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse activities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
- Current unrestricted driver’s license.
- Forklift license.
- Ongoing right to work in Australia.
- Willingness to undergo a national police check and pre-employment medical (employer paid).
- A can-do attitude with a solution-focused approach, ready to support and drive change within the team.
