Transport Service is a Group within Department of Transport & Planning, and is responsible for delivering safe, reliable and accessible transport infrastructure and services to all Victorians.
Maintenance Operations Team sits under Transport Services Group. It is responsible for road maintenance and managing contractors to make sure roads maintan a the best condition in regional Victoria.
**About the Role**
The Data Analyst position sits within Regional Transport and is responsible for analysing asset data information across the regional road network, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure network priorities are being achieved in line with legislative requirements.

**Your outcomes and accountabilties,**
- **Effective Data Analysis -**effectively monitor and analyse the work effort required to deliver the program of works and the work effort demand of maintenance works against the relevant specifications across the arterial regional road network.
- **Accurate Asset Data - **The incumbent has developed strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all asset data captured is accurate and aids in the effective and efficient delivery of infrastructure.
- **Program and Contract Performance Reviews**:
- The incumbent has exercised professional, independent judgment to effectively review and analyse program and contract performance against cost, time, scope and quality.
- **Work Package Delivery - **The incumbent has demonstrated that executed work packages meet client requirements.
