**Company**: Is listed on the ASX and following a recent acquisition, has grown to be one of the biggest fleet leasing and salary packaging companies in Australia, New Zealand and UK.
**Opportunity**: Working in the Corporate Finance, Credit Risk team. This role is focused on commercial lending to their largest corporate exposures up to $150 million in equipment leasing.
This role will be reviewing company financial statements, spreading them to assess the financial viability of the requested facility and then structure a recommendation that captures the cash flow generation capacity of the specific client company.
As your recommendations relate to their largest client facilities, you will need to be able to communicate well to ensure the recommendation is clear.
**Requirements**: We will be looking to speak with people who can show the following skills and experience:
2. Strong communication as your recommendations will likely reach credit committee
3. Lending experience, where you DO NOT have real estate security to back stop your decision
4. Motivated by detail, these deals are large and mistakes are costly
