**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY**:
Our parts department supports a large customer base servicing, repairing and maintaining equipment, pre-delivery preparations and our own hire fleet.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be the first point of contact for inbound queries relating to machinery spare parts. By providing exceptional customer service you will interpret and identify appropriate parts whilst providing thorough parts technical advice on quality Manitou and Kobelco products.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- First point of contact for inbound queries relating to spare parts but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquires and much more
- Using electronic parts diagram or parts catalogue to identify and source parts for customers
- Liaising with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for service work
- Liaising with the Sales Department to ensure parts and accessories are available for new machines and equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

**EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE**:

- Parts interpreter experience and knowledge would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range stakeholder from various areas of our business, internally and externally
- Excellent time management with the ability to multitask
- Current and valid Drivers Licence
- High Risk Work Licence - Forklift class, is desirable but not essential

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CANNING VALE, WA 6155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Parts Interpreter: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
