Clinic Receptionist

**The role**

We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our client’s injectables and skin treatment clinic based in Bundall. Any similar experience can be advantageous but not essential. The clinic is open 6 days a week and Saturdays may be required.

***You will be responsible for all reception and front of house duties such as:

- Answering the phones
- Booking consultations/appointments
- Data entry
- Follow up with clients
- Maximising full utilisation of the clinicians
- Stock control
- Opening/closing of the clinic
- Banking and general administrative tasks i.e., ordering stationery, ensuring a clean reception area, etc
- Any other duties that support the effective running of the clinic
