**About The role**

The client is looking for high-performing lawyer to join their expanding employment team.

**Duties**
- Wide range of complex employment matters, such as WH&S, employment aspect of mergers & acquisitions, workplace agreements, etc.
- Liaising and providing advice for high-profile clients, such as government bodies, senor executives and Australian & multinational companies.
- Representing clients (as a last resort) in courts, tribunals and the Fair Work commission.

**About you**
- A senior lawyer with a minimum of** 5** **years PQE **working on employment/workplace law matters;****:

- Knowledge of Listing Rules and the Corporations Act
- Excellent analytical, drafting and advising writing skills; and
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as cohesively within a team..
