**The Role**

Reporting to the Banquets Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of all conferences and events. You will be assigned functions to oversee as a main point of contact for event organisers, ensuring all meeting spaces are set up to client specifications and that the team provide exceptional service making every event memorable and ensuring they return for future events. From boardroom meetings and conferences to wedding and special events, no two days are the same.

This hands-on leadership role will allow you to share your passion for exceptional service by driving innovative service initiatives and coaching, motivating and engaging your team to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience that makes them feel valued, exceeding their expectations.

- Previous Banquets operational experience preferably within a luxury hotel environment
- Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for striving for excellence
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that will see you develop strong rapport with clients, guests and colleagues

- A confident, proactive and thorough problem solver, with strong conflict resolution skills
