Unique Care Services QLD is seeking a motivated and empathetic Disability Support Worker to provide assistance and care to our clients with various disabilities and complex needs. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping clients to gain independence, achieve goals, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities**:Provide a range of support services to clients with disabilities, including personal care, domestic duties, and community access.** Assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and medication management. **Work with clients to create individualized plans that support their goals and objectives.** Provide emotional support and advocacy to clients and their families. **Ensure that all documentation and reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.** Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.

Qualifications and Experience**:Certificate III or IV in Disability Services or equivalent qualification.** Previous experience in disability care, preferably in a community setting. **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.** Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Strong organizational and time management skills.** Current CPR and First Aid certificates. **Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
