Christ Church Grammar School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican day and boarding school for boys in Perth, Western Australia. With more than 1700 students, the School has a long and proud history of educational achievement and is one of the best performing, non-selective boys’ schools in Australia.

The School is seeking an experienced, dedicated professional to manage and lead the entire football program from Year 5 upward and coaching the First XVIII. The position is for approximately seven months (full-time) per year commencing mid-February and concluding in August depending on annual PSA fixturing.

The Head of Football will work closely with the Director of Sport and Teacher in Charge of Football to provide footballers of all skill levels with the best possible environment to enjoy their football, team success, and maximise potential. The Schools AFL program will establish a pathway for a footballer to develop under the direction of a quality program and coaches from junior to 1st teams, as well as state and national teams.

The successful applicant will be a motivated football orientated person who can demonstrate broad football knowledge and coaching experience. In addition, this role demands highly developed communication skills combined with highly effective strategies to develop players and coaches.
