CATALINA Restaurant is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our talented bar team

Full time preferred, but casual hours also available to the right applicant.

Located on the water in Rose Bay, our fine dining restaurant and bar is easily accessible via public transport (ferry/bus).

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an upmarket bar environment.

Must have cocktail experience.

Must be well presented at all times, have a great worth ethic and have an ability to perform under pressure.

Must have a great customer focus and passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Must have strong product knowledge.

Must have a current NSW RSA Certificate.

Must be flexible with shifts and available weekends.

Must be legally allowed to work in Australia, and speak fluent English.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
