YOUR NEW ROLE
Are you a leader who can turn strategy into success? Join our Gunghalin store as a Retail Business Leader (Store Manager). You'll lead our store to meet business goals by translating national strategies into local plans. Your role includes finding new sales opportunities, cutting costs, and growing our presence in the community. With the ability to manage the store like your own business, you'll build a high-performing team and ensure great customer experiences. With a can do attitude you are confident and driven to lead and coach your team. You are an experienced leader in the retail industry who is passionate about delivering Fantastic customer experience You have had exposure to using financial data to deliver targets and support operational success. You love learning and upskilling the capability of your team. You're not afraid to give feedback and can navigate challenging situations. You always put the safety of your team and customers above all else and genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of your team.
