**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience working as an underground Leading Hand on Service Crew, Paste Crew or Projects Crew
- Lead a team of Service Crew workers through their day to day operations
- Provide a high level of experience and knowledge in training to other crew members
- Extensive experience working in underground mining
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL's)
- Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence
- Current National Police clearance (valid within 6 months)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- A strong focus toward safety and hazard identification
- Experience mentoring

A full pre-employment medical is required, including a drug and alcohol, and site specific clearances. A National Police Clearance and any necessary tickets or qualifications are required to be presented at time of interview. Please be aware that an Array of Vaccinations are required when working in Africa.
