The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Masonry & Insulation QLD Sales and Customer Service team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key reseller’s customer base whilst also providing operational support to the QLD Sales team. This fast paced and varied role is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s looking to kick start a career in sales with internal career development opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining strong partnering relationships with our key reseller customer base
Responding to incoming queries regarding pricing, stock availability, deliveries, and follow-up on orders
Processing quotes and orders into SAP ensuring details are correct and accurate
Providing operational support to the State Sales Manager and QLD Sales team
Ordering and maintaining an inventory of product and promotional information
Support with follow-ups on aged debtors

Relevant customer service and administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and proactive thinking
High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Willingness to help others and be part of our team

Previous experience in the construction industry, a manufacturing environment or exposure with building products would be highly regarded.
