**Your new company**

Hays is currently partnered with unique and agile drinks partner to recruit a Finance Business Partner in a permanent capacity. This company was formed to make drinks creation and innovation efficient, easier and enjoyable. Unlike co-packers, supply chain consultants or warehousing operations, this organisation offers whole-of-project management, or you can cherry-pick your needs from a range of services.

**Your new role**

This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of these functions and improving processes around accounts receivables including prepayments. Ongoing relationship management to suppliers will be critical and to help to manage the cash flow processes for the business.

Responsibilities will include:

- Partner with stakeholders to proactively drive financial analysis and cost discipline and influence outcomes through providing a decision framework supported by insightful and accurate analysis.
- Building budgets and forecasts, and monthly performance reports
- Provide business (including senior management) with relevant, detailed, accurate and timely financial analysis, studies and counsel to influence and shape financial strategy, analysis and market insight
- Understand performance to identify improvement opportunities, and support the business in developing high value initiatives to optimize business outcomes

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- CPA/CA qualification or willingness to complete.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to describe complex information to different audiences verbally and in writing.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High levels of attention to detail including data accuracy.
- Skill with Microsoft Suite of programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to modify messages to diverse audiences
- Well-developed skills in communication, analysis and problem solving.

**What you'll get in return**

This role offers you an attractive annual salary of $90-110k plus super (based on experience) full time hours and an ongoing permanent placement. This company is based in Ballarat.
