HR Advisor

**The Role**

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven and experienced HR Advisor with some partnering experience at senior stakeholder level. Review what’s in play and create a strong framework of process and systems including the implementation of a new HRIS system.

You will drive quality outcomes across the employee life cycle, coach and support business leaders with their teams through the provision of sound HR processes and procedures, assist with investigations and performance and drive continuous improvement across all facets of HR delivery. Supported with TA in Sydney and other divisional HR teams, you will have access to existing IP to uplift HR delivery across this growing business. Salary has flexibility depending on depth of experience

**About You**

HR Qualified with 5 years plus as a HR Generalist with exposure to a blue and white collar workforce. You are ambitious and curious with a thirst for knowledge and development, you bring sound commercial skills with the ability to build credible relationships and deliver strong outcomes
