**About the role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, managing inventory, coordinating procurement, and supporting daily logistics functions.

As a Supply Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver quality outcomes to our clients and stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory and stock control systems
- Monitor and coordinate the ordering, delivery, and storage of goods
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Assist in procurement processes including raising purchase orders and reviewing quotes
- Maintain accurate records of supply transactions and stock movement
- Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
- Support continuous improvement in supply chain processes

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a supply, logistics, or procurement role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in supply chain, logistics or a related field (desirable)
