Working within the **Network Integrity and Facilities Management (NIFM)** project and reporting to the Asset Team Leader, the **BI Specialist** has a variety of responsibilities, focused on building and managing dashboards and reports, and analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help the business make informed decisions.
- You will be working closely with the internal team and the clients to understand their requirements and to help them transform data into information.- The role is offering a hybrid working environment from our CBD office and home.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collate, organise, and maintain data from various sources
- Analyse data to identify trends and provide insights that can inform business strategies
- Utilise BI tools to extract and manipulate data, and to ensure data accuracy before presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all the business dashboards, investigate and rectify any issues that may arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and systems.
- Support others in the team and undertake assignments as required.
