**The role**:
This role is part of a team of passionate people looking to continue evolving the way our customers interact with NAB Merchant Acquiring.

As Consultant, Product Support, you will focus on a range of initiatives to drive customer and NAB end to end value proposition for Merchant Services, supporting the delivering of our vision to grow and improve our portfolio. This role will work closely with Product Owners and Senior Consultants to ensure full delivery of product support initiatives to improve the portfolio performance and customer experience

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

- Leading initiatives and models to assist in supporting our portfolio, to ensure NAB products are performing across all key segments and industries
- Delivering strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and working together to implement discovered areas for CX improvements will be key
- Develop, document, and execute on a portfolio initiative - inclusive of repricing triggers, product engagement (particularly early months on books triggers), settlement account conversion, pre-attrition triggers, fraud protection, etc).

**What you will bring**:

- In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision making
- Previous experience as a Portfolio Consultant
- Experience with data driven analytics
- Have prior merchant acquiring experience
