**Position Title**: Community Support Worker

**Location**: Various locations across Australia

**Job Overview**:
The Community Support Worker plays a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals with physical and mental health conditions. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for clients and promoting their independence within the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in their condition.
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment for clients, ensuring their dignity and rights are upheld.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with clients.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

**Visa Sponsorship Requirements**:

- A minimum IELTS score of 5.0 with no band less than 4.5 is required for non-native English speakers.
- The sponsoring employer must comply with all obligations related to the sponsorship, including providing a safe working environment and ensuring fair treatment of the employee.
