Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and promoting our services to NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth
- Build relationships with Support Coordinators, hospitals, mental health departments, and other NDIS providers
- Identify and engage new NDIS participants to utilize our support services
- Develop and maintain relationships with Local Area Coordinators (LACs) and government agencies
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and other key relationship-building activities

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in the healthcare sector)
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
