Dig IT is an exciting and dynamic mini excavator park, providing a unique experience for visitors of all ages. As we expand our operations, we're looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team and support our administrative and operational needs.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This part-time role, which includes weekend work, is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our park and enhancing our online presence. This position is perfect for a university student looking to gain valuable work experience in a flexible and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. Office Administration_
- Assisting management with tasks, procurement and planning.
- 2. Social Media Management_
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- 3. Operational Support_
- Assist with the weekend operations of the park, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors.
- Assist with guest check-in on trading days.
- Cover staff breaks.
- Handle customer service issues and provide excellent service to all visitors.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in office administration and social media management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying weekday schedules.
