We are a small non-for-profit disability organisation, and we cater for participants in Mandurah Peel Region, Rockingham and surrounding areas.

We focus on enhancing our client's community supports and encourage them to achieve their NDIS goals and to enhance their daily living skills.

Each person's goals are unique to them, and we work closely with our clients and their families to help them achieve these.

**Qualifications & experience**

Must be Qualified.
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability Supports or equivalent
- NDIS Worker screening Check
- WWCC
- First aid/CPR
- Reliable, Roadworthy Vehicle
- Driver's License
- Full Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
- Minimum Two professional contactable references

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Engage with and assist our clients in Community Access
- Transporting clients to medical appointments and any other adhoc appointments
- Assist our clients with Domestic duties.
- Promote independence and encourage our clients to work towards and achieve there NDIS goals
- Demonstrated Ability to complete accurate shift notes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and one to one with our clients and communicate effectively
- Be reliable and Punctual.
- Have the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with our clients.
- Have a person-centred approach.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.49 - $41.53 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
