**About the opportunity**
PICA Group’s branch BCS Epping is looking for a Trainee Strata Manager. This role would work 5 days per fortnight from home and 5 days per fortnight from our office.

As a Trainee Strata Manager, your duties will include:

- An initial portfolio where you will be given training and guidance to ensure you have the tools to deliver a quality service;
- Frequent interacting with clients and overseeing property operations, business management, and budgeting for common areas and property services;
- Coordinating and facilitating AGM’s and GMs for your client group;
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Work with a supportive team, including Assistant Strata Managers, and a shared service team to exceed clients’ expectations

**We’re looking for someone who has.**
- Experience as an Assistant Strata Manager or
- At least their CoR, working towards their Cert IV in Strata
- A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients.
- The ability to see problems or conflicts as opportunities and find common ground to get cooperation. You have experience in negotiation and conflict management.
- Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements. You have strong written and verbal skills
