**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Full time Business Trainee located in Epping. The role undertakes a range of administrative tasks in a medical setting that assists in supporting office management functions. The trainee will also be handling confidentiality and privacy of client information and files.

**The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- General administration duties
- Assist and support internal staff
- Assist in producing documents
- Assist with office management functions
- Handle internal or external enquiries
- Create and maintain databases
- Manage records and basic accounts
- Handle mail and basic accounts

**Requirements**:
**The Trainee should meet the majority of the role selection criteria as follows**:

- Competent ability to operate a computer
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise own work
- Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files
- Willing to undertake a Police Check
- Working With Children Check is essential
- Up to date with covid-19 vaccinations
- Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
- A positive quick learning attitude
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
