FAMOUS FOOTWEAR is one of Australia’s leading Fashion Footwear Brands and an exciting opportunity for a Highly Motivated, Hands On, Team Leader has become available at our Sunshine Plaza store as of the 15th August 2025.

This position is a temporary position until March 2026. Full availability is essential to be considered for this role.

To be successful for this fantastic role we require:

- Has Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- A motivated doer
- Has Prior experience in Footwear/Fashion Retail
- Have the ability to achieve Outstanding Results
- Has the ability to create a positive Team environment
- Know how to Motivate your team
- Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant

You will be assisting to organize and coordinate sales and new sales strategies throughout the store to increase sales, engage and attend to customers and supervise team members.
