Having recently been acquired by Salsify, a large US tech company, we are now recruiting for an energetic and self-motivated individual to help us grow our business and client base in the ANZ region.

**About the role**:

- Part time: 3 days per week
- $140,000pa pro-rate + super+equity grants
- Manly Vale location (perfect for Northern Beaches local)

The Head of Service Delivery is accountable for the delivery of services across our photographic studio, content creation, managed services and customer support teams.

In this role, you will be supported by a fantastic group of professionals both in Sydney and the Phillipines and, your role will lead the delivery of our teams’ services in a timely and efficient way, to ensure we meet our client SLAs.

To be successful, you will be organised and highly motivated to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and our clients. You will also be an effective manager of people - someone who supports and develops staff to reach their full potential.

**Key responsibilities in the role**:

- Maintaining positive relationships with clients through the timely delivery of high quality services
- Working with the local leadership team and the global functional lead to develop long-term strategy and operational plans for the Service Delivery area as the business grows and evolves
- Leading the Service Delivery teams, ensuring processes and tasks are carried out efficiently and the teams are well supported
- Managing financial targets within the Service Delivery business stream
- Determining ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing customer outcomes
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
- Building partnerships and liaising with cross-functional team leaders to develop solutions for issues that arise
- Managing the overall daily volume of services and briefs while ensuring service level standards are met
- Handling escalated customer service issues
