Great opportunity for a Service Delivery Assistant Director to join The Younger People in Residential Aged Care (YPIRAC) team of a Federal Agency.

The contract will run for 18 months from initial employment with potential for further extension based in Geelong with WFH Flexibility.

This is a daily rate contract paying $585 + Super.

**Responsibilities**
**may include but are not limited to**:

- Implementing team strategies and aligning outcomes with the Agency’s broader strategic directions and performance targets.
- Providing expertise and leading the implementation of Service Delivery activities across the state/territory.
- Managing team performance and outputs to ensure Agency targets are met in relation to planning decisions.
- Conducting and managing risk assessment and risk management activities within the team and broader business unit.
- Identifying and leading business improvement initiatives that will enhance the quality and performance of outcomes, while also implementing effective change management strategies.
- Providing leadership for all operational aspects within the specific site or office
- Managing work packages or projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality planning outcomes.
- Implement internal quality assurance processes

**Requirements**:

- Ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling work requirements
- Ability to run multiple tasks and requests concurrently
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and ability to train others
- Ability to show resilience in the face of frustration and demonstrate flexibility
