**The Role**:
The day-to-day activities revolve around property development, procurement, and property management activities. You will be reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the Development Manager will take a lead role in the Company’s residential development projects in NSW. The mandate will be to take responsibility for the delivery of projects from feasibility, acquisition, design development, and procurement of consultants and contractors.

**Experience & Rewards**:
You will have:

- demonstrated understanding of the development processes for residential projects, including site identification, desktop yield, and due diligence studies to support detailed estate master financial modeling
- prepare consultancy/contract briefs and building contracts
- knowledge of design/construction approval processes
- strong commercial acumen
- self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
- competency across Microsoft Office365 software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
