Located on the beautiful Bayside, **Redlands RSL in Cleveland** is a well-established and highly regarded venue, known for exceptional hospitality and a welcoming community atmosphere. With an à la carte restaurant, café, gaming lounge, bars, function room, and snooker room, we offer a unique experience to our members and guests.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an **enthusiastic and reliable**_**Kitchen Hand**_to join our dynamic catering team. This is a **part time**position **with a guarantee of 25 - 35 hours per week**.

**About the Role**

As a Kitchen Hand, you will be an important part of our kitchen operations, helping to ensure smooth service and high standards. Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
- Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

**About You**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Has flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Holds a current Food Safety Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
