Marketing Assistant

**The Position**
- Assist the Marketing team with the day-to-day marketing activities to execute the Clubs marketing strategy, communications, entertainment, and promotions across Group.
- Assist with research and suggest ideas to increase revenue, membership acquisition and promotions.
- Assist with planning, preparation, set-up and execution of community engagement activities.
- Assist in design, printing and delivering digital and print collateral which is within our brand guidelines.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt, work to tight deadlines, prioritise and use initiative
- Innovative, lateral and creative thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- ‘People person’ who is confident, professional, dynamic and has a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work both independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as a team player
- Marketing/Graphic Design background or studying Marketing/Graphic Design
- Full (unrestricted) drivers licence

**Desirable**:

- Previous Club experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML or prior experience with WordPress
- Experience with Adobe Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of the current regulations and legislations pertaining to marketing in the Club environment
