Retail Supervisors

Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Retail Supervisors.

**Role Summary**:
General store management duties relating to the efficient operation of our fresh food retail store.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Working with casual, part time or permanent employees
- Following directions provided by our managers
- Opening, closing and operating the store in line with our trading hours
- Assisting the Store Manager to maximise sales by performing all tasks with care
- Ensure correct product rotation and presentation
- Housekeeping tasks may include cleaning the store, stocktakes, dusting shelves and refilling cool-rooms and fridges
- Assist with stocktakes of products
- Able to consistently work with a high degree of quality customer service

**Safety responsibilities**:

- To work safely at all times, following all instructions and directions provided
- Report any issues/incidents to your line manager immediately
- Be responsible for the safety of our staff and customers in your day-to-day tasks

**Stock control**:

- Ensure tasks are correctly carried out for product rotation and quality control
- Handle stock carefully and correctly at all times
- Communicate product knowledge to our customers

**Customer service**:

- Communicate showing respect at all times for fellow workers and our customers
- Be warm, friendly and helpful in all staff and customer interactions
- Ask for help when needed to improve product knowledge and customer service.

**Salary**

The Annual Salary is $73,150 - $80,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $80,000.00 per year
