Field Marketing Specialist

**About the Role**

Our Field Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the global Fivecast Marketing team, supporting the execution of the global marketing plan across APAC. They will help to drive awareness, lead generation and revenue growth for Fivecast across our customer base in national security, defence, law enforcement and corporate security.

This is a dynamic role that requires broad experience and capabilities across a range of marketing functions including events management, demand generation strategies and partner marketing. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset and a high level of initiative to be able to seek out marketing opportunities and execute flawlessly. This unique opportunity is for a mid-career marketing professional to gain experience in the diverse digital intelligence industry and make their mark with a rapidly growing scale-up.

Hybrid flexible role with a mixture of WFH and working in our Canberra co-working space, with some occasional travel to our Adelaide HQ.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the Fivecast presence at industry conferences
- Support and drive pipeline generation initiatives
- Support global marketing initiatives as required including content creation, campaign ideation and execution, digital advertising and SEO, website management and optimization
- Establish marketing relationships with key APAC partner organizations to identify common target segments and use cases and plan and execute joint marketing initiatives to drive growth opportunities for Fivecast and the partner.
- Work with the Canberra & Adelaide based sales team to establish customer advisory boards and other customer focused events as required
- Support the Fivecast Customer Success strategy by looking for ways to drive customer engagement and satisfaction in the APAC
- Support the global PR and Comms initiatives by identifying new vehicles and audiences to spread the Fivecast message
- Contribute to drafting and distributing communications materials for the European market.

**Required skills and experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in a field marketing role
- Practical marketing skills and hands-on approach with a focus on execution
- B2B event management experience
- Experience working with sales teams to support pipeline generation
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
- Customer-centric, positive attitude, high energy, resourceful, self-motivated, takes intelligent risks and initiative.
- Highly focused on ROI, outcomes, and action.

- Experience in a SAS software or technology company
- Experience in the Defence or Government Sector
- Experience in marketing or business development for B2B enterprise software solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Content creation and digital, print and graphic design skills
