**About the Role**:
We are seeking **Assistant in Nursing (AINs)/Personal Care Assistant (PCA)** to join our team and provide exceptional care across a variety of healthcare settings, including aged care facilities and community environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to make a difference in people's lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) with patient care
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Support mobility and assist with daily activities
- Monitor patients' well-being and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
- Follow care plans and agency guidelines to ensure high-quality service

**Requirements**:

- **Must have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)**:

- **Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent**:

- **Full legal rights to work in Australia**:

- **At least 3 - 6 months experience in aged care, disability, or hospital settings (preferred)**:

- **A National Police Check (within the last 6-12 months)**:

- **A current First Aid/CPR certificate**:

- **Manual Handling Certificate**:

- **Current Flu Vaccination**:

- **Records of Vaccination / Immunity**:

- **Your own reliable transport**:

- **Ability to represent Good Hope Healthcare to the best of your ability**:
