- Barista / Café All Rounder

We are currently seeking experienced team members to help us further develop the famous Australian coffee culture at the Ainslie Football and Social Club If you have experience, training, and can make a killer coffee - we want to hear from you

This remuneration for this role is as per the _Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020_.

**Objectives**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively engage with patrons to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience within the venue
- Undertake barista duties within the coffee shop, including preparation of food and beverage orders
- Serve beverages to patrons from behind the bar, when required
- Clearing and resetting café and lounge tables
- Adhere to WHS policy and procedures
- Understand and actively engage in any club promotions, referencing supporting material where necessary
- Maintain venue and personal presentation to the highest standard
- Any other duties as listed in the PD for the role, or as directed by Management

**Barista/Café All Rounder Position Requirements**
- Minimum of **two (2) years’**experience in a Café setting as a Barista
- A team player, who can build rapport with staff and contribute to the motivation of the team, encouraging a positive culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- High-level customer service experience
- Flexibility and availability to work around a varying roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A lively and dynamic individual with a keen eye for customer needs and delivering memorable experiences
- Someone with a passion for food and beverage trends who is constantly developing their knowledge of industry
- Immaculate grooming and hygiene standards
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
