We are on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Barista/All-Rounders.

**Job Description: Barista/All-Rounder**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistency and quality
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines and equipment
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a barista in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A passion for customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
